If you encounter difficulties with encrypted medias, narrow the work to locate the culprit by using a clear media
and without a setCipher().

Filing a report
If you want to report a technical issue, follow these instructions:
Detail the hardware of your device: manufacturer, model, versions, and so on.
If performances are in doubt (slowness), provide the properties of the clear video file.
For example use MediaInfo, or use VideoSpec for Mac.
Give the result as a File/Export and with a Text file format.
(since 2.0) Set the developer mode, by calling Licensing.setDeveloperMode(true); before anything else.
Provide a copy of the LogCat, with verbose level and without any filter.
And of course, explain your problem with as much details as possible.
